“The town of Windsor Locks has struck a deal with a national developer for the restoration of the historic train station on South Main Street, First Selectman J. Christopher Kervick said.” — HBJ

The town will use funds from the state’s Small Town Economic Assistance Program (STEAP) to complete exterior renovations, then the deal will allow the developer to utilize state and federal historic preservation tax credits as part of the funding for interior work.
