“This project infuses downtown with a level of activity most communities can only dream of. This is a big deal for us,” said Mayor Daniel Drew. “Middletown is growing rapidly. Downtown is surging. The opening of this building is a reflection of the wider economic growth in our community.”
In addition to the apartments, the building includes 2500 square-feet of commercial space on the first floor that has not yet been leased. Leasing manager Emily Ford said there have been talks with an indoor cycling gym, a yoga studio and an ice cream shop.
