CMSC Webinar – Building Your Volunteer Program: Feeding the HUMAN Machine & Building the HUMAN Capacity
In order to drive a community forward, each organization must foster, maintain, and perfect the available human capacity within each community.
In this webinar, speaker Ben Levenger will dive into strategies for creating a comprehensive volunteer matrix, how to maximize efforts for volunteers, and how appropriate positive (or sometimes negative) feedback should be delivered. Topics will include how to create a comprehensive volunteer list, how to partner volunteers together, and where and how to utilize critical volunteers. This event is also applicable to those who have volunteer boards and commissions.

Is there a chance that this webinar will be recorded for watching at a later time? I cannot attend most day time webinars as it takes away from my full time job and is not appropriate to do so on company time.
Christine Schilke
Hi Julie, yes all of our webinars are recorded for later viewing. We also send all of our webinar registrants an email with links to the recap page that includes the recording, webinar overview and additional resources.
