Complete streets are roadway systems that take into consideration multiple user groups such as drivers, pedestrians, cyclists and transit riders. Economic and community development benefits accrue to communities that establish complete streets in their downtowns and neighborhood commercial districts. Example complete streets projects in Connecticut will highlight such benefits. Complete streets policies adopted by municipalities in CT will be shared.
