CMSC Members-Only Roundtable – 2024 Legislative Session
CMSC Members! Join us as we prepare for the 2024 legislative session with a roundtable discussion featuring Representative Jennifer Leeper and Representative Anthony Nolan, co-chairs of the legislative Main Street Working Group, and Ryan Bingham, Senior Vice President with Sullivan & LeShane, Inc and past Chair of CMSC’s Board of Directors. The conversation will be moderated by Michelle McCabe, CMSC Executive Director.
During the roundtable, we’ll review the preliminary findings from our member advocacy survey and discuss topics that are top of mind for Main Streets across Connecticut such as blight, vacancy, mixed use development, affordable housing, and tourism.
