The Community Foundation is one of the oldest and largest community foundations in the United States and remains the largest grantmaker in a twenty-town region located in the heart of central Connecticut.

As the region’s largest grantmaker, The Community Foundation has many grantmaking programs that support nonprofits. In addition to its grantmaking, The Community Foundation is committed to helping nonprofits through workshops & events; the database of local nonprofits; the Community Foundation’s Resource Center and more.
