Connecticut is becoming hyper-sensitive to the importance of energetic and robust town centers as it finds itself in the midst of many opportunities and challenges.  To meet this need, CMSC recently adopted a new strategic plan to guide it in taking on more of a lead role in calling for greater investment in Connecticut’s town and city centers.
