Tony Silvestri, CMSC 2016 Property Owner of the Year, is working on a new project in New London. Silvestri is currently negotiating with the Renaissance City Development Association to develop a large-scale condominium project on vacant land in the Shaw’s Cove area off of Howard Street.

The Day says of the project:  “Silvestri called the plans for Howard Street ‘like nothing people in this area have seen,’ a development that caters to millennials and Electric Boat employees with a full range of amenities that include rooftop barbeques, an outdoor theater, bar and lounge, pool and outdoor fire pits.”  Read the entire article in The Day.
