The Mansfield Downtown Partnership, Inc. is looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position. This position will provide various administrative and clerical duties in support of the Executive Director as well as in support of the operations of the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center. Responsibilities include assisting with Partnership Board and Committee assignments, preparing correspondence, paying bills, and other general administrative duties. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will support the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center by staffing the Nash-Zimmer Transportation Center customer service and Library Express desk for approximately 9 hours a week.
Position is 19 hrs/wk. Hiring range is $14.58 to $16.08 per hour. At this time there are no employee benefits provided for this position. Candidates must possess related administrative experience as well as strong interpersonal skills. Good computer, organizational and writing skills highly desirable, and ability to work flexible schedule is required.
