“Main Street” initiatives will be a prominent topic of discussion at the Board of Selectmen meeting held tonight, reports the Canton Patch.  The Selectmen will also hear an overview of the Connecticut Main Street Final Assessment’s, a report written after a half-day reconnaissance visit. The report also recommends the town establish an independent “Main Street Partnership.” CMSC’s Associate Director Kimberly Parsons-Whitaker from the CT Main Street Program will provide an overview and answer questions from the Selectmen.
