A group of Boston University graduates are bringing fresh groceries to Boston neighborhoods via food truck, sites a recent article in BU Today.  Born out of an idea for the April New York Mount Sinai School of Medicine Food for Health Business Plan Competition, the truck has been making stops around various Boston neighborhoods offering fruit, vegetables, cheese, milk, and bread since October. The truck is a welcome sight since it is often difficult to get fresh groceries in the locations the truck visits and offers a far healthier alternative to the heavily-processed convenience store food more readily found.
