CMSC will present former Planning Director William Warner with the CL&P Award in June for his work to revitalize the city’s downtown area, reports the Hartford Courant.  After 25 years, Mr. Warner retired in April from the City of Middletown and is now the town planner in Farmington.  During his tenure Middletown has undergone an remarkable revitalization, establishing it as one of central Connecticut’s dining and entertainment hubs.
