Downtown Danbury is beginning to see the economic results of a nearly $100 million investment in its Main Street, and the new Executive Director of CityCenter Danbury, PJ Prunty, couldn’t be prouder, reports the Daily Voice.  According to Mr. Prunty, “Local businesses are beginning to see the opportunities to either relocate their existing business, or invest in new startups on Main Street.”

Mr. Prunty noted several new businesses and said he plans to work with the Connecticut Main Street Center and the National Register of Historic Places to return Danbury to the bustling downtown he remembers as a child.
