Connecticut Main Street Center

Waterbury unveiled a new mosaic at 90 South Main Street, behind Webster Bank.  The artwork, named Cool Waters, displays fish swimming out of a vortex, and was designed by artists Bruce and Joanne Hunter and assembled by hundreds of volunteers.
