Michael DiPiro and Michael Sokolowski, CMSC 2012 Property Owner of the Year Award winners, have re-opened their doors on Main Street in Middletown, reports the Hartford Courant.  Their 95-year old building collapsed during the devasting snow storm of 2011, forcing DiPiro and Sokolowski to temporarily relocate their accounting firm, Guilmartin, DiPiro and Sokolowski, to the MiddleOak tower on Court Street in Middletown.  Now, after 18 months of renovations, the building is finally ready to open, complete with replicated 1900’s brick and stone façade.  Read the full story below.
